Hanging Lake
The rain would not stop. It chased me from the mountains earlier in the week and now it was filling the valleys and following me wherever I went.
Hanging Lake is one spot that seems to come alive in the rain. The greens pop out like never before and the increase in water levels just feeds the waterfall.
It was filled with people most of the day, however, it would clear out for brief periods.
This very special light was present all day because of the clouds filtering the light and creating a soft appearance.
If you have never been to Hanging Lake, it is an easy hike and well worth the effort. Just go.
