Needles District Entrance
Stop the car! The light was perfect as it bounced off the sandstone monuments lining Canyonlands National Park. The road seems to be calling me back to this scene and telling me it is as close as my car.
I have stared at the cliffs in back for many hours and my eyes examined all the details of the many monuments.
The place is so quiet, you can hear the ravens flap their wings as they fly by.
