My favorite time in this park is just at sunrise. When the Sun hits the rocks at first light, it sometimes casts a red color over the entire scene for a few minutes. Some mornings it is blood red while other times it is more of a cast.

Here a red cast has set in and altered the usual vibrant colors of the meadow and forest. Everything is richer in color for this few minutes as the land seems to wake up right in front of your eyes.
